Super effective at a great price
I had a lingering cough from a sinus infection for a little over a week and this medicine cleared everything up after taking it twice. It does last a good part of the day. My dad only took one and his cough was done. This will be my go-to from now on.

Works, but be aware of drowsiness
This product works at relieving cold symptoms, no doubt.But why doesn't the packaging say it causes drowsiness? Consumers must be made aware of this side effect!

Great and very effective product!
I just recovered from a bad case of bronchitis and used the 12 hour tablets twice a day (as prescribed). They are great! I found them to be much more effective than the original brand, and I’ve tried the original for several prior needs. Highly recommend them, and the 42-count is ideal!

Fantastic product!
I purchase this for my granfather who has a lot of congestion/mucus issues (specifically in the mornings). He is 100yrs old and the doctor recommended Mucinex 2 times per day. Well, that does get expensive! This Amazon product fits perfectly, provides a lot more from a cost perspective and works great! It is effective and affordable!

Large pill, but effective
I was really sick the past two weeks and this has been a life saver. I used to purchase mucinex dm, but this is much more affordable and works really well. 2023 research has shown phenylephrine (dayquil, a lot of other cold meds) has NO efficacy as a decongestant and dextromethomorphan (ingredient in this med and mucinex dm) is recommended instead. The pill is HUGE, which is the only downside but it is a fraction of the price as the brand name. If you cannot take large pills, go with the brand name. Also it is non-drowsy, which is a must during daytime
