The product is good.Easy to install and very conveneint in set up with Alexa app.Support team is easily reachable, friendly and provided required information without any problems.Child lock feature is best feature to safe from any accidental touch.Only one minor feedback though.I have an Anchor switch board, but the size does not properly fit within hole..Good that it's not thick from front otherwise it wouldn't have fit.As its thin from front with little bump (not observable from far), it's somehow fitted. But for sure not awkward.If anybody have a board from the mentioned list of supported boards then there would not be any problem. Of course there is an option to buy a board from same Kamonk too.I like this product so 5star from me.

Had to undergo a replacement as the Bluetooth stopped working after a few days. Maybe it was a faulty one. Bought in Jan '23. The backend team was quite responsive and shipped a replacement very fast. Been using it ever since.Installation : I installed it myself, didn't need an electrician. Not much trouble, though. If you're not sure, take an electrician's help. .Ease of Use : Works like a charm. No issues using it whatsoever.Cons : The device vanishes from the Kamonk app every now and then. Same issue with 2 other Kamonk devices too(another fan and 4 switch hub). Need to re-add it once in a while. I have another product from eWe Link that was never knocked off the app. Barring this minor niggle, I'd recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded. Update: Earlier fan speed control was working from Alexa now it no longer works. On Alexa app there are zero control buttons, so nothing can be controlled. From Alexa voice only on/off can be controlled. They have broken the feature of speed control from Alexa. Very disappointed.😟Largely working as expected, fit wasn't as flush as expected. Biggest issue is very bright LEDs in the night. You can't turn them off in the night without turning the fan off. Slightest light wakes me up, this switch disturbs my sleep. I am covering the switch with opaque material as of now.

Works like a charm. Never going back to old-school fan regulators.I rarely review products on amazon but this product deserves it. The product got delivered to me in under three days of ordering it, the entire installation process was a breeze and the support team is very prompt as well. It fit into my existing switch plates, but tbh changing switch plates is a low cost job if required.The setup was very simple and the switch offers a great touch response. If i want to reduce my fan speed all i need to do is tell Alexa to reduce the fan speed and it automatically does it for me or i can simply use my phone to do it as the response time from the Kamonk app is very quick. Customer support was quick to provide me connection diagrams, got the number from their website. Literally was a cake walk for electrician – overall easy to install switches and even a kid can use.

I like about this switch is you can perform your task at the tip of your finger through the App that’s make life so easy and comfortable, great product and also affordable and will recommend to all.

The KAMONK Smart Touch Switch Fan Regulator failed to meet my expectations. Despite being Wi-Fi enabled and compatible with Alexa, Google Assistant, and Siri, the device frequently disconnects from the network.The touch controls are unresponsive and often require multiple attempts to register a command. Setting up the Kamonk app was cumbersome and the overall user experience was frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this product.

It best option and works really well in all acccept for the display ligths never go off when it's off.
