Good quality and easy to clean but..
The mop is of good quality and sturdy in nature. But a little over priced for a single mop. I am unhappy as the locking plastic knob was broken when delivered in the box. Now unable to use the locking function. Basically the mop is of no use as it does not stay put in a position while mopping and the lower connecting iron rod keep moving inside the upper connector. Anyways didn't return as it took long to deliver. Not happy with the damage product.

Defective
Defective and improper inspection before despatch .The steel rod of the mop stick looked all perfect from exterior .but one day of use and the rod is in two pieces.i haven't faced such an issue before. Customer satisfaction is also one of the key note to be considered when one is selling in an online store.A plastic holder inside , which holds the steel rod got broken .this holder is not visible since it's covered by the steel rod. I wish to know if the seller is ready to replace this item . I don't have the package in which the product got delivered . I have been purchasing amazon products for years and i haven't returned products unnecessarily unless it's that bad. Whether I get an exchange or not ,an explanation would be appreciated.thank you

The media could not be loaded. After previously rod break I ordered this it's since it's easy to mop and a good price plus easy to install with previous base

A product to use for a quarter
This cannot hang on more than 3 months. Rod cannot sustain longer and you will waste your money. Quality of stainless steel used is not good enough. Rod got crack near to handle and it became unusable.
