Finally actually large sizes! I hope more colors in 7x become available soon
I only just put them on for the first time so I can't review on long term use yet. I get DVTs and I'm planning some long car rides so I wanted to get some compression socks. My calves at the thickest point are about 24" and I bought a different brand's 3x which their measurements said up to 26" (equivalent to MOJO 5x)... But I could barely get them on and the band was so tight it left serious marks on my skin. I know compression socks/sleeves are meant to be tight but not like that. So I decided to just go for the top of the sizing and get a 7x sleeve (I hate full socks, especially in summer). WHAT A DIFFERENCE! They went on super easy, they're still pretty tight (and I can feel a change in my legs right away) but not cutting off circulation tight. The biggest difference is the band. It's so wide and soft that it's actually really comfortable. My knee area has a lot of fat which can make things be very tight and dig, but they lay flat, aren't rolling, and not cutting in. FINALLY! It does kind of look like they dig in, in the attached picture, but that's just the way my knee is and they aren't at all. I did find the ankle area a little tighter that I like, but they're long enough on me I can pop it down over my heel and then it's comfortable. I hope more colors in the 7x come out soon (without the sock portion). THANKS MOJO for finally making actual large sizes.

Not for large legs
over all sock fit well .except where it needed to be. They need to re think the band. It needs to be widened and reinforced. The band quickly started to roll down on one side of each sock and became tourniquet. I kept pushing it down from around my knee at work. thus causing more compression at the gathered sites.

Order 2 size bigger
Order big. I ordered an xl and couldn’t get it over my foot. I only weight 180 and I’m 5’3.

great socks must adapt to small size add +2 if legs are big
Have trouble & pain with compression socks in the toe area even in wide shoes - tried cutting back compression socks and that failed but Mojo solved the problem. I have gotten large - like 5X - white calf-length socks and pull them over the MoJo compression socks then use Kizik Wide slip-ons and it all works all day and all night if necessary. As an old Marine if my legs hurt and it is trouble getting out of bed I sleep with shoes on and have loose clothing now all the time as I rehab out of surgeries - the shoes help contain the feet and no pain - die with your boots on - right... Medical supply stores sell L/XL for three times what Amazon asks and you need larger sizes in all cases and it may take several buys but again Amazon's return policy is a blessing.

These are AMAZING
Plus size ladies who have swollen calves and ankles these are a must have. While compression socks work best, I wanted to be able to wear sandals and go barefoot. These are a bit thicker than the other ones I have, but they are still light enough for summer. They are great quality, durable and able to wear multiple days without loosing elasticity and support. They stay in place and most importantly don’t cut off circulation to your ankles and make your feet swell. So many are too tight for plus size legs, but these are amazing. I measured my calves and used the size guide provided and they fit perfectly. Definitely will be ordering more!!!!
