Bipod CNC QD Tactical Picatinny Rail 6.5 - 9 inch Bipod Flat Adjustable (Black)

I own a legit Accushot brand bipod, and this thing is a pretty darn close copy of it. As one user suggested, take it apart, clean the oil off and loc-tite (nail polish works too) every screw, unless you want to keep re-tightening things or risk having it fall apart on you while shooting. Another fix I made to this was to buy a pack of assorted rubber O-rings at orchard supply for $2 + tax, which I put in the center screw knob to help lock itself down and prevent it from spinning around freely like a carousel. I decided to paint it to protect the finish from rust/etc, and this thing is pretty much identical in form and function to the actual bipod.For a little added cost of $2-3, the problems that this product has are gone and now functions WONDERFULLY. Don't believe the snobs that tell you this product sucks, those people get pissed and like to blame the product when their performance expectations were through the roof for a copy. (also keep in mind many reviewers have the IQ and problems solving ability of an orange...) remember this is not the actual thing... its a copy, but a good one at that.

This is NOT an atlas, or even in the same league... however, for the price, functions, and usabllity, it is a great purchase for the price. The functions work the same as an atlas or other commonly purchased/ handled/ used bipods. Panning has a habit of not tightening, so always a little play in it, legs are not as secure and solid as other brands...but instead of 300+ it is less than 50.00 This, for the money... is a great option for a smaller budget but wanting functional for the money.

I've heard all the bad reviews and the only parts that need to be added to make this $40 BIPOD a $250 BIPOD is three metal washers and a o ring.Washers will fix the cant problem and the oring will keep the tension knob from unscrewing.There is no slop in leg angle adjustments Just a firm snap in position. I was a little worried and I'm extremely happy with this bipod.

This product is basically is a Atlas counterfeit. The dangerous part about this bipod is that there is no locking mechanism to secure the legs to the front. If you use this for hunting or any shooting where you are carrying the weapon which it is attached to, the bipod will undoubtedly come loose and you will not be able to securely rest the weapon on the bipod as intended.I took this into the field and the bipod legs would always unscrew from the mount and had to end up removing it. I also contacted the company multiple times, and they were not helpful at all. Would I recommend purchasing this product? Absolutely not.

I researched bipods and just did not want to spend a lot.The bipod fits securely, legs extend by moving a ring and lock securely in place. Likeways, the legs move forward and back by pushing the indent button and they lock securely as well. For the money, this bipod is a winner.

I also own the Atlas genuine version. Yes, the Atlas is better, but this is still pretty high quality. The difference is that the Atlas will function better, not get loose, etc. But I'm impressed by this bipod for it's price. The fit and finish is surprisingly nice. One other reviewer posted about how he fixed how it sometimes gets loose by replacing the internal spring and washer for some fiber ones and he's happy with that.

I just want to say that I own the $$$$ Atlas BiPod for which this item is an attempt to be a copy of.They appear to be the same but holding each in hand there are some differences that you need to be aware of.First off the head on this item turns left and right and that's it and it's not easy to adjust. An Atlas has a mechanism that allows it to go left, right, up down and angle side to side and the knob locks it into whichever position you settle on. (This will allow you to use a bubble level on your scope to level your reticle for an accurate shot, this unit will not.)The second difference I notice is that there is play in the legs of the unit. At any setting they each move about up and down just a little bit and are not 'locked' into their retaining groves, as if the ball bearings inside the collars are too small or the grove they settle into is too big. This is going to translate to decreased accuracy. The shiny parts on this unit appear to be some kind of chrome plated metal and are a little stiff to adjust. Hopefully, they don't rust in wet environments. (The Atlas has some sort of brushed stainless steel.)On the quick detatch mount, this unit has no screwdriver flat on the nut part opposite of the lever to account for slight differences in rail width. It does turn, but you need a pair of needle nose pliers to get at it. (The Atlas nut has a cut in it.) This is a big deal if you plan on using the quick detach to move the bipod to different rifles. For a few bucks or some dremel time you could probably fix this.I will be using this for my .22LR and helping the kids with benchrest shooting and what not. I would NOT trust my life to this thing as I would the Atlas.

This is for toys. This bipod will not stand up to use on an actual firearm.

Works great, quite heavy duty. I have it mounted on a RPR that gets lots of outdoor bush use and bipod holds up.
