Lenovo Ideapad 110 A4 1TB HDD Great Laptop For Linux Enthusiasts (has windows 10)
Lenovo Ideapad 110 15.6" Laptop, AMD A4-7210;Windows 10; 1TB Hard Drive; AMD Radeon R3 GraphicsI bought it in July, 2017 for 249.98. It is exactly as listed, an AMD A4 (quad) processor,4 GB of ram (the virtual ram is pre-set in windows 10 and raises it to 8 GB using the page-file system, making itsnappy to use on ad-free web-sites. This Windows 10 is 64 bit and registered using my Outlook email. It has Bluetooth 4.0, a large-style SD card reader in front that accepts the Micro-card reducer, a standard size HDMI port, an ethernet port, and two USB ports. The Bluetooth drives a wireless sound system securely without static. The DVD drawer opens on command and willplay and burn on both operating systems.I use the pre-installed Windows 10 on half of the hard drive.I use Ubuntu Linux-MATE 17.04 (64 bit) on the second half with GRUB bootloader to access each OS separately. This Linux has Bluetooth, Sip, IMAP, Wifi, Wireless Print capability, and firewall. It works perfectly using 64 bit kernel.

Buy something else
Purchased this item which is suppose to come with Microsoft Windows. I need a product number to activate and download Windows. The item arrived with no information or product number so now I have a laptop that I can not download Microsoft.

Slow as snails
Slow as crap right out the box. I understand its a cheap computer. But freezing from opening up chrome is ridiculous.

Not a Snail
Bought mine at Micro Center for $199, not slow as snails if you have patience at first because the win 10 supplied needs several hours of on line updating before it becomes efficient. Turning off the cloud also helps while updates take place. Saw some complaints about the volume not being sufficient, it's not made to be a boom box, if that's what you want buy a bluetooth speaker setup. If you plug in an earphone set it has enough volume to deafen you. Great laptop for the money!

This was a birthday gift for my son. From day one he has had issues with the sound/audio and at this time it is not working at all. It seems very cheap. I guess you get what you pay for.

Low end laptop, struggles with basic tasks - can't add ram.
I bought this in 2016 for $199 out the door, I needed something cheap to replace a laptop used for general internet stuff and playing movies through the TV.Its painfully slow due to running Win 10 with all the bloatware turned on. Not sure if its just the distro or if it has to do with it being 'home' edition but you can't turn off many of the unnecessary apps and programs that are constantly running chewing up the measly 4GB ram. Occasionally the processor will be running at 100% with things just crawling even though no apps are running. You would think with the specs it could at least browse the internet but even that is tough with media heavy sites like facebook or even Gmail. If you need a single purpose cheap laptop to run a kiosk or sign in terminal or something like that, this could possibly work, i'm going to try to reformat with win7 and see if it runs any better but at this point its basically useless. Even microsoft office is very slow.So far everything is still working, but occasionally it has problems switching between screens and it will require several hard reboots to get it to activate the laptop screen if the HDMI gets unplugged with it switched to HDMI. In general the hardware is super cheap and flimsy, and the right-side 'shift' button is half sized so i'm constantly pushing the up arrow when i mean to hit shift.3 stars because yes it is a functional computer and for the price i'm not sure what else you can get, but you're probably better off getting something used that was originally a higher end machine. At this point you can go back about 7 years and find stuff with similar specs to this.
