The best barking deterrent for dogs
I have tried dog whistles, yelling, bells, loud noises, etc. and nothing stopped my dogs from barking. Butttt this fart whistle has kept my house quiet and calm. I honestly don’t have to even blow it. As soon as my dogs even set eyes on it they stop barking. Definitely recommend.

Dog training tool!
I use this as a deterant for my dogs barking and it works. She barks I blow the sound, she stops. I give her a treat to reinforce the sound mean stop. Excellent training tool !

How to get fart sounds out of it
You'll see lots of people saying it doesn't sound like a fart. Looking at it you wonder why it sounds like a duck call rather than a Whoopi cushion since it looks like a piece of Whoopi cushion attached to a tube.Well my kid figured out how to get fart sounds.1) don't blow too hard.2) lift the flappy rubber but up a bit with your pinky while blowing.Bending it into an arc like the leaf spring on a truck gets you decent Whoopi cushion sounds.

Stops my dog from barking!
In a dachshund Facebook group that I am in, someone said they bought a fart whistle to stop his dog from barking, as was recommended somewhere. Well it sounded crazy, but I decided to give it a try and bought this.So next time my pup had a barking fit, I blew it, and to my surprise, she stopped barking. Next time, I did it again, and once again it worked. It doesn't scare or upset her, she just shuts up.If you have a crazy barking dog, give it a try.

Not such a great kids toy
I bought this without reading the reviews. I thought my son would get a kick out of this. But it s made of very cheap and thin materials, and is not safe for littles. The packaging that it comes in looks nothing like the one advertised. It was just in a little plastic bag, that said prize on it. The item I received is a brownish/dark green color and the rubber flaps were coated in a white powder. Just like a balloon. It is the same rubbery consistency as a balloon. Not safe for kids as the balloon material can rip off and child can choke. It makes a weird buzzing sound that did make my son laugh, but I would not leave him alone with it.

Falls apart and doesn’t work
The media could not be loaded. This product is extremely cheap. We bought them for a party and it was very disappointed. Was a bunch of middle school boys and these things don’t sound like a fart and they fall apart immediately. One star is Really overrating them
