Powerful insights, a bit dense — and the cover could be better
This book offers deep reflections on mindfulness and living in the present. It helped me shift my perspective and become more aware of my thoughts. Some parts are a bit repetitive or dense, but it’s still a read that leaves a mark. The only downside: the cover feels flimsy a more durable one would make the experience even better.
