Batteries faulty
Ordered this product twice, first time it came the battery acid had leaked through the item and packaging which could have been dangerous for my child, second time I returned & re ordered the product the batteries were also damaged and the product was faulty

Leave the battery out
The item is broken, and the battery compartment contains an old, leaking battery that has rusted. To prevent further damage and reduce the chance of return, it’s best to remove the battery completely and place it next to the box rather than inside the compartment. This also saves the buyer time and ensures safer handling. I would like a refund please!
