Installed these LED trim lights on my Mazda MX-5. The method to install them is really easy but i took my time to install it neatly and securely. They go fairly well into the crevices of the dashboard. To install the trim around the center console I adhered the lights to the carpeting with velcro adhesive. That worked like a charm and provided a clean and secure install. I also used some clear command hooks to secure some parts as well.Although it would look even cooler with them installed on the doors, I didn't want to install it with the wires exposed when the doors are open. There might be a technique to install it more cleanly but I think the lights are bright enough that it reflects off of the doors already. Even though these are only trim lights, they are bright enough to also serve as wheelwell lights.While installing them in my garage with the lights on, the lights didn't seem that bright. I didn't expect them to be nearly as bright as those interior LED strip light kits. But at night I was surprised they were pretty bright and I was happy with the way they looked. I might need to tone down the brightness even to reduce any glare on the windshield. There was plenty of fiber to cover my car.I like how the lights have so many options of colors, brightness, and light sequences. It can be controlled by the included RF remote as well as from an app on your phone. Both work really well.The only thing i didn't like was how the lights always turn on by default whenever you start the car. I'd have to press the off button on the remote each time. I wish it would remember the last on/off setting or always default to off whenever you start the car. To me it doesn't make sense to have them on during the day and I didn't want them on all the time at night either. I reached out to the seller and he said they are designed to always turn on by default. The seller did work with me and went above and beyond by suggesting using a cigarette adapter with separate power buttons that would allow me to turn off/on the socket. This certainly would work and allow me to keep the lights off whenever i start my car. The seller was very prompt in his responses and helped me out with the solution.I would recommend this product and seller.

Looks great on my acura mdx

it didnt work. the lights would flash very briefly then turn off. it worked like a broken charger that you have to hold in a certain way for it to charge. the wires are too long and its hard to find places to tuck them. the metal pieces holding the led plastic wiring kept coming lose and falling apart and i would have to put it back together. i ended up returning it

The instructions provided with this are pretty difficult to understand but my brother installed a similar kit so i was able to figure it out. I am really happy with the end result and i ended up tucking all of the wires under the driver seat and it worked perfectly. I would totally recommend. Also, the instructions say to take off your driver side door but that is not necessary if you dont care about the professional look.

Easy install but lights are dim

Easy upgrade to my interior at a great price. I would have had to pay for an entire package for my new car when I only wanted the accent lights and a bit of light for my passengers.. This gave me that at a great price.

I installed these things exactly as instructed and I have pretty good knowledge on installing lights and electronics into cars. I managed to get them in. Got them to work. They looked ok but not as bright as shown in the photo. But before I wrote this review, I wanted to see the longevity of these things. At this point they are are no longer working!! Didn't last long at all. I guess it's what u get for this price. Not happy with the life time of them so I will be trying a different set at one point. I installed these into my 2019 Chevy Camaro RS Convertible. As I said, no longer work nor are they bright enough.

These light's are fun!! The local police department noticed them 8 time's this weekend. Now granted my plan was to meet some ladies and blow an entire check, I instead ended up meeting up with a few raging roid users thirsty for power. Either way I achieved half of my goals for the weekend so I'm happy with my purchase. The song sync isn't perfect. It picks up voices better than beats but for the price I won't complain. I'm betting my epileptic cousin will love them paired with GAWNE. Worth the price 100% and I would recommend these to anyone, just keep in mind the police like them more than the ladies and in a few weeks I'll update this review on epileptic family members.
