I am on Keto and my plate needs to handle around 2K calories of food per meal. This plate was perfect! It is heavy duty and has plenty of room to separate food. Just for the reference: there are 6 scrambled egs with bacon in one of the compartments, full chicken leg and broccoli and 1/2 of the small bag of sour-crow. CON: no lid

This item is 100% as presented and claimed. It's thick gauge for heavy use and very easy to wash off foods. The foods almost slide off by itself. I dont know if this is non-stick but it feels like it when the left over just slide off the plate into the disposal. I would recommend this to any friends.
