A well designed effective product. I have tried using a standard fabric sleep mask before but have found it was uncomfortable to wear because of pressure on the eyes, eyelashes and a tight feeling across the back of the head from the elastic. These issues have been addressed by Myhalos and I got used to wearing it within a few nights and managed to achieve a full sleep without getting woken by sunlight at 5.00 am. If you mainly sleep on your side as I do, the wide elasticated band needs to be adjusted to as tight a fitting as you can tolerate to insure that the edge of the mask doesn't get raised by contact with the pillow. It takes a bit of trial and error but I got there in the end. It was purchased for a holiday and travel but I am continuing to use it at home.

This mask is Amazing, but originally gave 4 stars.. Not a trickle of light comes through the mask no matter what angle you look from, very comfortable around eyes and you barely feel its on. HOWEVER, it has the worst chemical smell coming from it! I don't know if its the foam or what it is but I physically can't have it in the bag its recommended to be stored in as it is potent. I am pregnant and its making my incredibly nauseous as its so strong. I am going to leave it to air for a few days in the hopes it settles and airs as it is an incredible mask for such a reasonable price and im hoping to use it to zone out during labour.UPDATE: after leaving the mask out for a few nights I can happily say theres no more chemical smell! Definitely worth 5 stars now.

It’s a brilliant invention - don’t get me wrong. Very comfortable, pitch black and adjustable head strap so can fit any head size. My only niggle is the whopping great logo on the front. Not very chic, and of the sort of letter printing that I just know is going to slowly peel off in time and look tatty. Pretty please Myhalos - you already have a tag on the side - we can see who made it! Please make them without all the writing on, and maybe even different coloured or patterned fabric for extra choice when flying? Thanks

okay i have been on a search for a comfortable and truly blackout sleeping mask, i think ive purchased 8+ other brands before i found this one and let me tell you, ill never ever purchase another one again from anywhere else.First things first, the blackout is insane. i keep forgetting to close my eyes because it’s so dark i think my eyes are already closed. i could put it on and stare directly into the sun and it’s going to be pitch black. truly the best blackout i’ve ever experienced.now comfort and quality, listen i slip this mask on and its SO soft and it will sit perfectly against the contours of my face, no gaps or any uncomfortable areas. its SO thick and cushioning. the strap is so good too, ive found with other brands the strap will loosen over the night but this brand? absolutely not, its staying where it is and continuing to be secure all night long and i move like crazy a when i sleep, i also wear it on top my bonnet and it doesn’t slip off the silk. truly perfect.SIDE SLEEP TOO!!!now here’s the best part in my opinion, i am a chubby side sleeping woman, which usually makes eye masks uncomfortable because my chubby cheeks will push it up or the pillow will make it lay weird on my face. however, this brand is truly amazing, it doesn’t move or cause any discomfort when i lay on my side. no light filters into it. i cannot express how much i love it.size is perfect, fits me and my partner incredibly and we have very different face shapes.honestly i have tried so many sleep masks and this one is genuinely the best i’ve ever tried. i love it and cannot recommend it enough
