I fixed everything about it, but it still leaks..I cant get it to stop leaking!!! Its leaking from the handle that turns on the water and controls the temperature..it feels so sturdy, looks fantastic,the water pressure is amazing, I just wish it wouldn't leak..I even bought longer water lines to connect to it to reach my shut offs, I had to readjust it alot when installing it through the countertop hole, had to air it out many times..just can't get it to stop leaking...:(

This faucet looks great and was a breeze to install. It was all going so well except the spray spout was leaking around where the hose connects to the handle for the spray spout. I took it apart (this was not an assembly item - it was complete from the factory) and discovered the gasket and screen were all messed up. Looks like in manufacturing the tool that drilled the gasket ID out was not sharp enough and left rubber in front of the screen - the screen was damaged as well and the screen was preventing a seal. I had to clean up the rubber seal with an exacto knive and then remove the damaged screen. In the end I got it to seal but what a pain. I wish I could get another gasket/screen for the spout sprayer because I worry in the future it may start to leak and of course I'm running without a screen. Anyhow - it works but shouldn't have been a small project to fix it. Hope others don't have this manufacturing defect - but that's how I fixed it.

When I say "the faucet", I'm referring to the horizontal piece. It's only about 5-6 inches long. Once it gets over the sink, it only makes it a couple inches into the basin. So to wash your hands you have to really bend over to reach. I really love that the sprayer is longer than the faucet, I really love the shut off valve at the faucet itself, but having it be so small makes it just a little better than useless. I was so fed up with my previous faucet that I got this ahead of my remodel to install in the old sink, and I'll probably keep it until all the new counters go in, but I won't be using it in my new kitchen.

The media could not be loaded.  We have had this faucet for not even 6 months and it’s already leaking out the top of the sprayer. I’ve trying tightening everything and it’s just getting worse. What a complete waste of money!
