Goods arrived intact and on time. I've been taking this as part of a suspected Methane SIBO problem and so far so good, far less bloated after meals and definitely reduced pain under the rib cage after eating.Will buy again

This product is completely different to what it was like previously.I used these probiotics in the past and they worked brilliantly but these ones are having no effect. It's like I'm taking a dummy pill with no active ingredients in them.The previous ones were in a glass container.Save yourself some money and avoid this faulty product.I have used other probiotics in the past and there's always a reaction, either positive or negative but there's no difference with this product at all. Last time I used it, it reduced bloating and my stools became healthier.

I m satisfied with the purchase although I ve had another brand in Greece which was far better. Still it is very good. Fixed my chronic diarrhoea , helped me in a food poisoning and norovirus , keeps me not bloated. Will be buying again. Price is worth it

Nothing bad to say,, I first bought these in January 2022 when at the same time as changing to a plant based diet, I had loads of energy and felt awesomely great, but I don't know if it was these or the plant based diet....I bought them again this Month April 2022, I took 4 a day, haven't noticed any change good or bad.. maybe I don't need them any more , they've done the job, fixed me up possibly :)

As indicated on the front of the label, this probiotic uses popular spore biotics strains (HU58, SC208, SC109). I've had no digestive issues with the probiotic, nor with any of the spore probiotics I've used over the years - they are robust but don't stay in the digestive tract forever.The product claims to promote bacterial (ie microbiome) diversity, but that still requires that I supply the appropriate nutrition for the various types of bacteria. I'm still working on finding the optimum combination of foods and supplements for that.From the effects of an unbalanced microbiome on my body, I've found out that this blend of spore probiotics can correct an imbalance. In fact, it's only through using spore probiotics (to normalise my microbiome) that I've become more aware of the effects of an imbalance on my body.

Can’t say this did anything for me, but at least it didn’t make my digestive issues any worse.

Suffered from really painful bloating on eating almost anything, also suffer from intolerance to Gluten, Dairy and some other foods, this has really helped my stomach issues, recommend and will repurchase.

The media could not be loaded. I do from time to time have tummy troubles, so these are good to purchase as and when needed.I followed the instructions which suggest to begin your first week with 1-2 tablets every other day ( I chose to start with 1 ) and I had no problems or after effects.Then the second week I could then go onto taking 1 tablet every day, by the end of this week my stomach really did start to feel less bloated, less trips to the toilet, more solid bowel movements too.The remaining I took 2 tablets a day and I can say these really have made a difference, I can only say good things about these spore probiotics, not everyone will react the same way to these, but I would give them a try.The benefits from taking these are great, healthy gut, healthy mind and body.Worth the price in my eyes.
