the idea is good. But it is not a universal one. It doesn't fit most doors and is often not useful

I bought this for my daughter who lives alone and travels around the world a lot. She is unable to get it to work. She has watched you tubes on how to install it and still can't. It did not come with instructions. FYI. My daughter is highly intelligent and can figure out mostly anything. I call her to help me with things all the time so if she couldn't figure it out then it's an issue. She said it didn't work with her type of door.🤷‍♀️

I bought one for when I travel and first tried it on my front door. It worked great! It was easy to put on, I fastened it very tight and it left no wiggle room. Someone would have to bust the whole door frame to get my door open. I was surprised because it's so small but it is effective, in my opinion.

This was a great gift for my daughter living in the dorms. Its easy to install as well as easy to remove. Provides great security for the door. Also a great idea for classrooms as well.
