I've been using this product for about two weeks. Last week I noticed that I was thinking a little more clearly. I've also had difficulty sleeping for the last few months, waking up 3:30 - 4:30 every morning and getting about 4 hours of sleep. This last week I have been sleeping til about 7:30 and feel so much better. My husband is an insomniac, so I got some more of this for him to try.We'll see how this works for both of us in the long term, and maybe I'll change my review to 5 stars.I would definitely recommend this product.
