We ordered this specific shower kit because of the review’s. All of the other kits that looked similar to this one had more mixed reviews. Upon arrival it was packaged very nicely and secure. The parts were installed by our contractor and it works! The shower head and faucet all working as it is designed to. I would purchase from this company again. Our contractor even asked where we got it because he liked the look and quality of it.

Don't get me wrong this is a nice addition to any bathroom, works very well but will take some getting used to, the bottom of the handle is the direction of the between hot and cold not the top thought I had turned into a deslectic plumber thinking I reversed hot and cold thank the Lord not the case . Also have to be quite precise with your drop ear fittings to get shower and hand held diverters to finish to tile properly very little room for error but very nice looking at completion

I love the look and feel of the shower system. I feel like I’m away in a spa while under that shower. The shower system is packaged very well. Built very well. Does not feel cheap. The instructions are easy to follow with color pictures and measurements. Please read the instructions. I reached out to the vendor and they always replied to all my questions. I highly recommend this shower system.

Couldn't install water spout

This shower system is well made and most importantly the valve is included. I would have given this a 5 star if the water could be controlled ,on off, with the hand held sprayer. I did purchase two, had them professionally installed. Working great. This is a functional system. No bells and whistles, just plenty of water delivery. Better in a feminine setting because of the smaller handheld. Great value !

i was reluctant to buy this, the reviews are all good, but could not find the manufacturer online, just the Amazon vendor, so that was concerning. i'm guessing it's a relabeled product? i also could not find where the product was made. The company has youtube vids, so some effort has been made, but the company could go a lot farther i think if they were more transparent and less secretive. It's a shower faucet, so installation is pretty permanent, so longevity is a factor for warranty purposes. Having said that, i feel (so far) this is a winner. The finish is, well, perfect. I got the stainless steel, and it is flawless. Fittings are a little different as they are not made for plumbing nipples, so you have to plumb the shower head and hand held precisely, but different isn't bad, just different. The faucet escutcheon is atypical as well- i.e., no screws to hold it on. It slide over the faucet itself and is held in place by rubber grommets built into the openings of the escutcheon plate. Again, different, but actually looks very clean and finished. I put a bead of clear silicon along the top and sides to seal it and it also helps hold it in place. Several have mentioned the issue of reversed hot and cold water (raises hand). I am wondering though if that may simply be interpretation on the part of the manufacturer? i know for a fact that my hot and cold sources are plumbed to the corresponding side. But depending on how you look at, if the bottom of the handle is on the hot side, the water is hot and vice versa. If the top of the handle is pointed towards C (cold) the water is hot. If the manufacturer is Chinese, i would not be surprised because the Chinese language as an example reads from right to left. It may simply be cultural. Overall, you see i have give 5 stars. i love my faucet. It looks and functions beautifully, workmanship is first class. Comes packaged like the Crown Jewels.
