I had to buy a new door handle and we went for black so we changed the letter box to match.It was very easy to install as long as you have measured up and bought the right size. Both sides slide into one another from either side of the door then just put a few screws in and it’s done.It is very sturdy and feels good quality, the spring on the flap is good and keeps it closed when it’s windy, which has been tested already as we live at the top of a hill and it gets quite windy here and we haven’t had any flapping from the letter box.The colour is nice, it’s a good deep black not faded or a light black / dark grey which is what we wanted, it is had a Matt finish too which I think looks modern.It cleans well and hasn’t lost its colour either and It doesn’t leave finger prints on which some black surfaces can which is also good.Over all I would definitely recommend.

Product arrived on time.Was the correct size and a good fit.It took me slightly longer to fit than expected as the screw hols did not match the old ones. I had to get my drill out to make some new holes for the screws.Looks good and appears well made.

Bought as a replacement letter box flap as the plastic “spring” inside the original had snapped causing the letter box to constantly flap in the breeze! Although replacement springs are sold, I couldn’t find the right type so this became the best option. It arrived quickly and with everything needed to replace the old one. Fitting was easy and it is a perfect fit for my door. It looks better than the original and functions exactly as it should.

build quality is very bad and use very cheap polymer/ plastic. I am sure this will last a month or two before I have to replace it. I will order a different one from another vendor.

Had to replace our letter box due to the postman somehow pushing ours through the door. Took some measurements and came across this.Perfect fit in the frame and very well built. Provided screws were good and just the right length.The lid is snappy and closes well so no chance of any water coming in.Overall very happy for the price!

Very good, needed slight adjustments to make it fit but nothing too difficult. Looks smart, feels sturdy enough,hope it's durable.
