Check the Thermometer spring
I wondered why it was reading 20degrees to cold and a close inspection of the back of the thermometer I detected the spring wasn’t in the correct position. Easy fix and it works great.

Looks Good, But not Accurate
Had to return this as it was indicating 85 degrees all the time. No change when things get cooler or warmer. Vendor and Amazon were great at providing a refund with return. Too bad as it looks real cool on the shop wall. Not much good though if it can't tell you the correct temperature.
