TEFAL Junk
This is a second item purchased and after little usage it is non usable as was the first. Junk. I requested info on Amazon's App but it appears to have vanished, now 5 Ingenio Pans which I purchased will be delivered to the Junk yard as was the expensive Tefal Grill with faulty Software. Made in China sold at European prices. Their service department wish to put all faults to their badly designed junk on the client. Shame on you Tefal.Phase 2Another scrap asscessory in the Lid appeared which fell apart after one months usage. The nut on the Lid handle was washerless and fixed with a standard nut which became loose and disappeared into the food while cooking. Dangerous products.

Broke within 2 months
Clips get stuck so really difficult to get on and off the saucepans etc. when they are hot this is not ideal.I’ve had a tefal handle previously which lasted well over a year. Very disappointed in this.

Works great for a while and then locking mechanism stops working
We’ve had two of them and both failed after a while. Buttons to release a pan stop working.

Stops working after a few uses
Had the handle replaced twice within a few weeks. Issue seems to be that it ceases and will not open to allow the handle to be connected to the saucepan. Very disappointed as I bought as an extra handle to use with the new saucepans - which only supply 1 handle with the set! Pots are great - shame about the handle.
