My son is rough on stuff, quick-connect coupler separated from hose. customer service got back to me within a day and helped me fix my hose.This is my 3rd Flexzilla and pretty happy this company and product.

I absolutely love the Flexzilla line of hoses and this did not disappoint either. I have multiple 5/8 hoses that are a huge pain due to their rigidness and weight when I need to just hook up one sprinkler or spray off my car because of pollen. The quick connect on these 1/2 hoses are a standard quick connect for smaller hoses and I’m happy to say that I had no problem direct attaching to my lawn mower deck which usually requires a hose adapter. It is light and flexible and the included attachments are nicer than most I’ve bought. Highly recommended for situations where a smaller hose is needed.

Seems OK. Tangles a lot, hard to get kinks out - requires unwinding the whole piece! I do appreciate the feel of the tubing, but I would store this one under cover. It will harden in the sun.

This is a bad product, if exposed to sunlight. The cover turns ridiculously sticky. It gets on your hands and doesn't come off with soap and water. But it comes off your hands on everything else until finally enough dirt sticks to your hand to no longer be sticky. Goo-gone doesn't seem to work either. No amount of dragging the hose through dirt though will make the hose not sticky. It just keeps exuding from it no matter what. The nozzle broke quickly. The end comes off frequently and needs to be put back on. But in comparison those are just inconveniences. I had previously purchased the fancier version of this hose and it was sticky. For some reason I bought this one too thinking maybe it was a fluke. But it wasn't. This hose is bad.

This is a wonderful lightweight hose and my favorite. Highly recommend.
