Love this pan! It is light weight and very durable, easy to clean and dishwasher safe (even though I wash mine by hand). After taking the hot cake out of the pan it cooled down within seconds. I ordered this pan for my daughters first birthday. After getting a new pan I always make practice cakes before the actually event. So the first time I make this cake I sprayed the pan and put a whole cake batter into the pan. It stuck to the pan a little bit and didn’t keep the shape. The second time I make this cake I again sprayed the pan only this time I split up the cake batter and only put half in the pan at a time. This worked a much better. The cake did not stick to the pan and the cake kept its shape. my cake turned out beautifully. Love this pan, can’t wait to use it again.
