I haven't used creatine in awhile because it used to mess with my stomach. I've tried this and so far I don't have any issues. It mixes well and although it is flavorless it does have a chalky taste in my opinion. I was happy to open the container and have the small scoop right at the top so I didn't have to dig through the powder to find it. However the container, although measured by weight not volume, was only about half full. I am excited to see what results I get.

Use it for muscle recovery

Mixes well enough, and taste is okay when blended in other drinks (I have problems with the taste of all kinds of powders). Works as I'd expect, and possibly with less stomach bloat vs. the other brand of creatine I've used.

This powder has helped with muscle recovery. I’m not a fan of the flavor though. It doesn’t mix well with water, but I’ve been blending it in smoothies and it’s much better.
