SLx Dual LNB with Built in Signal Finder, 4K Satellite HD 2 Output KU Band Universal for SKY HD/Freesat HD

Arrived quickly, was recommended by our neighbour, the great thing is the built in led power indicator so made it so easy to set up. Great quality too. Fingers crossed it works in the windy weather we get here!Here’s an update after the LNB has now been installed over a month, works absolutely fine, just a point the led signal indicators give good visual display for alignment, but you still need to set the angle (rotating the LNB) to get the signal optimised, it was around 35 degrees on ours but depends where you are geographically and does give this information in the instructions. All in all a great product and a learning curve for me!

Bought to replace sky q lnb , have freesat in tv but wouldn't work with existing equipment , bought this fitted in minutes all stations found

Changed my old lnb I put up over 15 years ago as started to fail with this unit, worked perfect 1st time without the need to adjust as nearly 100% on signal quality and picture, didn’t use the gauge on top so don’t know how well that works, my old unit I think must of been standard definition as the picture quality image far superior now , would definitely buy again if needed and recommend this unit, I could of bought the standard version without the signal strength built on top, but could be very handy if needing to fine tune lnb, very happy with purchase

We had lost the signal on our dish in France and hadn't been able to realign the dish. We'd been quoted in excess of €500 for someone to come and replace/realign the system, which seemed very steep! Thought we'd give it one last try ourselves using this LNB and bingo! Took a couple of minutes using the lights. Well chuffed and saved hundreds of pounds. Can highly recommend this 👍😁

When it arrived, I noted that it has 2 different coloured (gold & silver) F type connectors, I am still unsure as to what that means. Now for those little blue lights. I am using a Humax receiver with 2 inputs and a 1 metre TRIAX dish. 1 output does not illuminate them, the other does - but ONLY when connected to the gold coloured F connector (maybe that's the purpose of the colour!?). BUT, once they are illuminated, they stay illuminated regardles of where I postion the dish - and I am talking as much as 90 degrees or more off target (28.2 E) azimuth or elevation, which kind of makes them a bit pointless. Sadly, I am unable to receive any channels. I have an analogue metre. I have CENPEK V8 Finder2 digital metre. The analogue seems to be finding a strong signal, but the V8 is a new purchase and I am suspecting it may be faulty as the signal will never rise above 61% and it can find no programmes. The Humax is reporting no signal. I will mention that I am 71 years old and I have installed MANY dishes since the very first satellites started broadcasting (BSB, Sky, Freesat etc), as a hobby but this is the the first time I have encountered problems. I have 2 other LNBs for this dish - one is also a new buy (labgear twin universal) and the other is a much older Labgear quad. I am thinking maybe the Humax is at fault but it was working perfectly just a couple of weeks ago! Maybe I'm just getting too old!!

Fitted in minutes, strength bar helps a lot, Great picture with no blocking on all channels, so has the capacity to gather signals well, my unit show an improvement from 53% to 78% in signal quality.One thing I do not understand however I have lost Channel 4 but not Channel 4+1 and Sky News has disappeared both with giving the notification "No Channel Found" although they are on the TV guide panel?Any assistance on this would help as I can find non on Google o assist, I am Happy with performance though. I am not a techie in this field, however give me a car to dissect and I am your man.
