There are many stretch boards out there, but I got this one because it’s the same as what the physical therapist used. The price is reasonable, it’s sturdy and substantial. You can adjust the angle (4) to fit your ability. It works pretty well for its purpose.The boards dimension is 13x16 so there’s no “hiding” anywhere, that is if you want to leave it in the living room or something. And even at that size sometimes it’s not very stable. You need to pay attention when you step on the board, gotta step on it just right. The surface is sand paper like, so I recommend wearing shoes when using it. It can get dusty overtime, to clean it you would need a brush.Overall, it’s a good item for its intended purpose: calf stretching. I would choose this over the “plastic” kind or a smaller size .

I am thrilled with this therapy incline board. I've had a recent total right knee replacement, and this item is being used to continue my home therapy since I've discontinued going to therapy (due to the new year and my very high deductible.) I am stunned with how sturdy the incline board is built. It's a heavy wood construction with a high-quality surface. (For the price, quality, and being made with real wood, I can't help but wonder why cheap particle board cabinets and furniture are SO expensive.) I wear comfortable slip-in sketchers all the time, and I keep them on when standing on the board. I also like the fact that's it making my left leg feel better too- more flexible. I had that knee replaced nine years ago. I've suggested to my husband, who's surgery free, that he might want to stand on it for just a few minutes a day to increase his flexibility as well. It can only help.

Poorly finished made with a nail gun which didn’t drive nails in the base fully into wood, living room floor ruined😡😡 if you buy one go round it with a hammer first
