Dr Oetker cream stabiliser.
I bought whipping cream and half way thickened I added some of sachet then all of it and cream was perfectly stable. The taste of creamwasn't altered or too sweet. It tasted just like fresh cream pastries bought in supermarket. I have used other Dr Oetker products before so I can also recommend this, I will be buying more in the future. Worth the price as I will freeze stable spoonfuls to use on hot coffee or quick desserts.

I used the exact amount as per instructions. The cream set like concrete. I would start by using a quarter of the recommended amount and add more if you need it. Other than that it seems to work perfectly.

Worst cream ever gotten. Only bought cause my usual one wasn’t going to be here in time. Wasn’t worth keeping the rest of the packets

Great for whipping plant based elmlea.
