I bought this chair to fit our new 36" tall desk. I was very impressed with the design for the average person to assemble. The instructions are very plain and easy to understand. The parts are all labeled including a card that has all of the bolts in separate plastic bubbles and identified with their part numbers, and the only tool you need to put the chair together. The most important connections for the chair have blue Loctite on the bolts to prevent them from loosening unless intended.The chair is very comfortable to sit in. If I were to change anything, I would like to see the arm rests have the ability to be tightened to prevent unintended movement. Other than that, I would receommend this chair to everyone.

These chair manufacturers have not quite figured out how to keep the foot rest on these chairs in one place. Every chair like this I've gotten, I put the foot rest in its location, and within just a few minutes it's far to the bottom. So I can't fault this particular manufacturer for the way it is designed. Otherwise, it is a very comfortable chair. I do wish I had a little bit more lumbar support, but that's why I get my own so I can customize it. Well worth the money.

This chair is comfortable, sturdy and an excellent buy for the price. The directions are correct when it says that it comes together easier with two persons working on it. But the real reason for writing this review is to commend the customer service I received. When the chair arrived, it had two right-side arm rests, instead of a right and left sided rest. I contacted customer service, and got a response within a few hours. The correct arm rest was sent in 24-hours! I have never had such a quick response to any customer service. I will shop with them again.

Only for small a$$ people! My medium size but can not fit and i keep sliding out of it from not being able to fit

As someone who spends long hours at my drafting table, I was hopeful that the SMUG Drafting Chair would provide the comfort and support I need. Unfortunately, my experience with this chair has been less than satisfactory.Let's start with the comfort level. From the moment I sat in the chair, I could tell that it wasn't going to be a pleasant experience. The seat cushion feels too firm and lacks adequate padding, making it uncomfortable to sit on for extended periods. Even worse, the lack of lumbar support left my back aching after just a short time.Speaking of back support, this chair falls short in that department as well. Despite my efforts to adjust the seat height and angle, I couldn't find a position that provided adequate support for my lower back. Instead, I found myself constantly shifting in my seat to try and alleviate the discomfort.Another issue I encountered with this chair is its stability. When seated at its highest elevation, the chair sinks down quite a bit, even though I am not overweight. This unexpected sinking sensation not only felt disconcerting but also compromised the chair's stability and safety.In conclusion, I cannot recommend the SMUG Drafting Chair, especially if you have any type of back problems. The lack of comfort, support, and stability makes it difficult to justify its purchase. This adjustable, extremely comfortable and sturdy chair is a must have for my drafting table where I do hours of diamond paintings. It swivels, has a cooling mesh Bach and arm rests that go up or down. Highly recommend

I bought this in the end of April and by the end of May the arms are wearing out! It's not even frequently used, and of course just outside of return window! Save your money and try a different one!

Súper fácil de armar y eso que yo soy de las que no arma nada. Súper maciza y fuerte. Sube mucho , tiene buena altura. Me facina !! Para ser china se me hizo muy muy buena calidad.
