I love this product. I can take it neat, or put it in my water for a steady pick me up.

I went from capsules to fast dissolving tablets to gummies, now drops. And I think I like the drops the most. I did like the flavor a lot.I lose energy quickly and using this for the first time helps me stay alert and awake. Also didn’t feel drowsy. I will have to say that I always have good responses at first with B12 supplements but then my body gets used to the supplement and I go back to energy loss.I’m hoping this doesn’t happen. We’ll see, but so far, I’m staying alert. If it does keep this up for most of the bottle’s use, I will think it’s a good deal.

Couldn’t tell that this worked at all. Took the entire bottle and couldn’t tell a difference.

For some reason this is way better than the sublingual B vit solution I was using--makes me feel better and even helps with foot nerve pain.
