My Husband Claimed My Hearing Aids!
The media could not be loaded. I thought I would give another set of hearing amplifiers a chance before I give up because of my right ear has more hearing loss than I knew so when these arrived I had just opened the package and my husband saw them and said hey those look really cool let me try them! Well I love him so I thought he will just try them on and go on his merry way. Uh…Nope. He said Hey I can hear stuff I didn’t know I wasn’t hearing with these things! He likes that they have Bluetooth and that they look like AirPods when he’s wearing them, makes him look younger he thinks! 😉 He doesn’t want people to know he’s wearing a hearing aid or amplifiers; Me I say I’ve lived this long I don’t care if people see my hearing aids or not! I’ve earned them for living this long! lol! So he really loves these so I graciously let him have them! I will continue my search for the perfect hearing aid for me & my right ear! Someday my Hear will come! Thank you so much for reading my review and I sure hope I (and my husband) have been of some help to you!

Touch is unresponsive
There are only 2 good things I found about this set of hearing aids.1. The noise canceling feature is excellent2. It sounds great when playing musicThe rest just make it not worth it.You can’t turn off the amplifier. The touch buttons worked 3 times out of the million that I tried to use them. The amplifier sound is crackly and when a phone call comes in you can’t hear the person speaking at all. It does make all sounds really loud but it’s far from perfect. You will hear that interference ring noise when going to put them on. They do fit good and connect to your phone very easy. From my experience with it you can’t control volume with touch. It’s also not designed to be touch interactive with any media playing through your phone so the phone is the only choice you have to control what you hear. They charge and pack away just like AirPods in the case.

Controls are worthless
I was very excited about this when I ordered it. I have partial hearing loss that I hide very well but I wanted these so I could watch TV at a lower volume and listen to tunes. The instructions show they have 5 volume levels and to change volume you simply double tap the button on the side of the ear buds..... Double tap.... nothing.. try again... nothing... 30min later I was only able to activate the button twice in total with me working on left ear piece and my daughter trying on the right ear piece (we each wore one) while listening to music.... TERRIBLE TERRIBLE design flaw... great concept but I think they forgot to test the product before releasing the product. As for quality of what they do minus the controls... They do amplify sound alright, but the sound is staticy and has zero bass to it.. Its like you lose all bass from all sources when you put them in.,. just staticy tinny sound... For normal conversation, they work good and they deserve a star for that part. But that is the only star they are getting from me... 1 star

Interference and difficult volume controls made this a poor option for my mom
These hearing aids were more like ear buds, which were both good and bad - even with the smallest ear pads my mom didn't find them comfortable. Even though they were slightly more secure than a previous more traditional type of hearing aid/amplifier that we had gotten her, they still did not seem that secure, and could have easily fell out if she bent down, had to put on a mask or glasses, etc.We connected them to her iPhone via Bluetooth as instructed without issues, but when putting them into her ear, they kept making loud, ringing sounds. The instructions say that you can mitigate this by putting them back into the case which I guess resets the BT connection, but despite doing this a few times, the ringing didn't stop - it seemed to be random and was quite annoying to my mom.Worst of all was the volume control. You have to double click on a tiny button on the side of the earbuds, but have no idea if it's getting louder or softer. I just randomly double clicked on each one, and she said it was a little loud, but we still had to raise our voices and it didn't seem to be loud enough for her.Another annoyance was that there there are left and right earbuds, but the L and R are so tiny and everything is black, that even I had a hard time seeing which was left and right. Perhaps this won't matter to most, but for people who have more hearing loss in one ear, this could be problematic. The one advantage to these is that they DO look more like earbuds, and so for those who are a bit embarrassed about being in public with a hearing aid, like my mom, it just looks like she has earbuds in. But the overall functionality seemed so poor that this advantage really didn't get passed all the disadvantages, unfortunately.
