This brushed nickel curtain rod looks great. It was super easy to adjust to fit my space and put it up. I bought it to hang a curtain in front of a stacked W/D that’s oddly in the living room of my apartment. It was shipped quickly. I also appreciate that it was well protected in the box during shipping with air pillows.

I love the way this looks and easy to use.

This is a nice holder; I use in my laundry room to hold empty hangers. So for my purposes, it works.

We just got new windows and didn’t want to drill the newly fixed walls - this was a perfect solution without committing to a specific design style. They fit the windows perfectly, and don’t seem like they would come down- we admittedly don’t have kids or animals that fuss with the curtains but they seem like they would be fine even if that were the case and worst case they would go back up really easily (and without damage to the walls). Would buy again

I bought two and installed them in window boxes, using a short curtain. They have fallen and hit me on the head at least 3 times in the month since I bought them. I thought maybe they weren’t tight enough, but I have tightened them as much as is possible. They constantly loosen, and if you so much as pull the curtain back they will crash on your head. I can’t imagine how anyone would install these safely in a shower with an even heavier curtain.There’s no way these are almost 5 out of 5 stars. If I weren’t outside the return window they would go back.

We needed a tension rod that was long enough to stretch across a closet door opening for our kids’ playroom closet. It used to have bifold doors but they were a nightmare. This tension rod with sheer curtains was a great replacement and has held up well the last few months! We got matching gold clips to hold the curtain and it looks nice.

Beautiful addition to my bathroom, I have a gold celestial aesthetic and it suited my bathroom perfectly. Pretty stable, sometimes I put towels over my curtain rod and overtime pulling them off loosens the rod but that’s easily avoidable. Performs great for need. Rust resistant. Pretty sturdy, fit beautifully

It’s somthing like ‘gold’ powder coated metal. Meaning is is ‘gold-ish’, but not metallic looking. Satin finish. Unscrew the pole to extend it enough to slide into the window (or?) frame, then unscrew a bit more to tighten the fit. There is no spring mechanism. So to ensure that it’s as tight as it can be (and avoid slippage), you must use strength to twist it into place. Which might make it difficult for those with problem hand strength.I got it up, but will probably ask someone else to give it another twist or two to ensure it doesn’t slide down as I adjust the rod pocket curtains I bought.I made sure to buy (light filtering) curtains that were wider than the width of the window, so they would create a gathered effect and add a bit more privacy from my neighbors porch.

Fits perfectly. Super easy to install. Doesn't slide or move when securely fit.

Most tension rods have a spring - this one doesn’t. It’s hard to get in place and falls easily.

Although it arrived in a plastic sleeve it was scratched on the end of the rod just past the plastic. Not the biggest issue. Bigger issue was after it was expanded above the bathtub as a shower curtain rod the internal spring unwound and released all the tension within 12 hours. (Without a shower curtain on it). It fell on my head as I was sitting on the toilet next to the tub. Made me pretty upset. Immediately returned it. I was refunded in full.
