SamsungClear View Case for Galaxy Note 8 - Gold

Really nice case - this is the second one I've owned, only changing to this one to have the grandeur of a big gold block!Fits perfectly and protects my phone really well.The cleverness of these cases is what really appeals - the fact that you can swipe to answer calls or turn off alarms with the cover closed is just witchcraft.I had the orchid grey one before which I thought was impressive... but this gold mirrored piece of magnificence is opulent - I feel like I should be a rap star (or an Essex bird).. but, hey, this might not be for everyone - but most people who see it do tend to say 'ooo'.. how many cases do that?Yeah, I'm a bit of showoff I guess.Buy one, feel like a millionaire in your local boozer.NOTE: it's a LOT shinier and gold than the photos do it credit!

After trying several non official cheaper case, i decided to go for the official clearview case similar to what i had on my S8. Yes its expensive, but the phone is £800+ so give it the best look with an expensive case. The Case looks superb and works great with the always on display of phone which you an see through the trasnparent mirror like front of the case. The case fits snug and the best think i like when compared to other case i bought this case add almost zero bulk to the phone. Slips easily into pockets and doubles up as a phone stand with the phone is in landscape mode great when using the phone for videos. Much like the criticism that the S8, the case may not protect the screen if the phone falls since the flip covering the screen does not stay in place - maybe some sought of Magnetic clasp to close the case would have been useful.

Excellent, sturdy phone case. Switching off the phone when the flap is shut and back on when it's opened.Feels fabulous to touch. Really good protection. The flap acts as a touch screen to the phone so no need to open the flap when you receive a call, just tap the screen to take your call.Can easily access the fingerprint scanner at the back of the phone through the camera gap in the back of the case which on several other cases this can be cumbersome. The phone also knows that you have an original Samsung phone case as it notifies you as soon as you put the phone in the case, and unlocks special screens avers for you.I would highly recommend it. It is a little pricier than other cases but the quality is outstanding and bypasses the competition.

Bought a cheap copy first and returned. This works straight away, no apps to install. Looks sleek, protects the phone's screen and can interact with phone through it. Useful for snoozing the alarm without opening the case. Finger prints are noticeable but easily wiped/cleaned away. Very smooth and comfortable to hold. Definitely recommend.

Makes the phone safe but also super cool looking. The ease of answering calls without the need to open the case - game changer

Went through around 3 of these in 2 years, so not particularly happy with the build quality. Seems like it is designed to look good but very quickly accumulate marks and flay.

Its the real thing and the cost reflects that, I like this case but I find for everyday use it attracts fingerprints much too easily, so for that reason I have been tempted to put it away and get a much cheaper and functional everyday case at a fraction of the cost and maybe will use this occasionally. All in All a very nice case that is expensive and looks expensive, definitely a case of you get what you pay for (Pun ).

This is the first time I have bought an expensive case.It is stunning apart from the mirrored front which just gets covered in fingerprints.It fits beautifully and feels lovely when using the phone.I love the fact it turns on the lock screen when shut.It is easy to put the phone in and out of the case.Here we come to the crunch and the reason for 3 stars.When dropped...Which happened today...Not far luckily...The phone comes straight out of the case !!! Almost no protection whatsoever.Luckily I bought a cheap sturdy case too.The other drawback is that in order to protect the mirrored front I have to put the case in a slip-on case when in my handbag....Still beautiful though...
