Pro Arte Artists Polar 5 Brush Set 31WB. Suitable for Watercolour, Gouache, Acrylic & inks.

I use these brushes for applying brush on glazes and underglazes to ceramic surfaces and they are the best brushes I have ever used for this. They hold their shape well, you are not constantly plagued by stray hairs. They load with paint...or in my case glaze, whether thick or thin...really well and give a good level of control for application. Recommend.

I brought these as an emergency back up as I had spoilt a couple of my water colour brushes by using them with acrylic paint and needed a quick and inexpensive replacement, they are a really nice little set of brushes I was pleasantly surprised, they are by no means the best brushes I have ever used but they are a lovely set that far surpasses its price tag in terms of quality no noticable shedding and they have had a bit of use now and a nice shape to the brushes and if you are mindful of how you clean them and keep them they dont loose too much shape

Good for budget brushes, nice to handle, I use Gouche so tend to retain some colouring when washed. handles have a nice grip and the set is neat and compact, ideal for taking out in a day kit bag.

I have been looking for brushes that are sturdy enough to use for glazing ceramics.I did not hold out much hope for these as they were so cheap,but they are excellent.The bristles stay intact, they have plenty of spring in them and they maintain a point.I shall definately be buying more.They will be suitable for watercolouring as well.

These white brushes are divine. Two of the 5 brushes have small clear plastic tubes to protect the brush tips. I wish they would have provided plastic tube protectors for all 5 brushes. Why not? This is the only negative point, I must say. Exceptional quality brushes, bristles stay in shape and provide a smooth application. Very importantly, they are a breeze to clean. Highly recommended

VERY INEXPENSIVE, but these are what you would expect at this price - very basic. Nevertheless worth having as back up for the real thing.

Buy, use, and feel the difference immediately. Then bin all your cheap brushes.Really, really great for the price.

These brushes are great. If been told animal hairs are best but I didn't want to paint with animal fur. These are fantastic brushes, keep their shape nicely and go to a point. Used with inks, watercolours and acrylics. I couldnt ask for more ♡

Je les utilise pour la gouache et effectivement ils ont du ressort. Par contre pour l’aquarelle ils ne retiennent pas assez d’eau et de couleur. Leur fût est assez fragile. Plusieurs sont fendus. Mais cela ne gêne pas leur utilisation. Ils sont fabriqués au Royaume Uni.
