I've been taking these regularly (as well as magnesium and joint supplements) and generally feel better overall, could of course be placebo.From a trusted known brand (so you don't have to worry about any dodgy of ineffective ingredients) and at a good price point as well. They don't seem to give me the fishy burps like some other brands have in the past.5/5 - Seems to do the job, would recommend

Have to be honest I didn’t notice any difference in my body or the way I fell or recovered from exercise. After taking these tablets they’re quite big so if you don’t like solar tablets, these might not be for you and as I say, I didn’t notice any improvement so I wouldn’t buy them again I would try another brand instead.
