I've been buying this product for some time and I can't believe I haven't posted a review before - maybe i have and have forgotten, because this is a LIFE CHANGING product. I know that sounds like an infomercial, but if you are reading this as a fellow sufferer of Irritable Bowel Syndrome you will probably forgive what seems like hyperbole and understand that it is not. Living with permanent diarrhoea is a MISERABLE existence - and its just misery plus frustration to go through the endless trying of different diets, doctors appointments, supplements and tests in search of relief. Indeed I had tried pro-biotics a few years previously with no success, if thats you then TAKE NOTE they have come A LONG way in the last few years, and the key is that its not just a broad-spectrum cure-all anymore, this company in particular seem to have done a great job of studying and isolating the different strains for different therapeutic effect. In brief my history is a hyperactive bowel - many many movements per day every day, 'diagnosed' as IBS and with SOME (but not enough) improvement from a Gluten free and low-fructose diet. (I went through the Fuctose-malabsorption diagnosis, and I still stick to a low fructose diet most of the time) - i am satisfied that in my case the absorption of fructose IS part of the problem. Anyway, it got to the point where I was cutting out more and more foods to maintain the effect, and I concluded that it was clear that some bacteria was failing to flourish in my gut, thus preventing me from absorbing fructose. And that in fact starving the gut of fructose really only made me MORE sensitive in the long run. Now you'll find a curious direction on the packaging saying 'take 1-4 capsules per day - or up to 6(?) and considering the price of this product you'll be hoping you are not in the up to 6 category. but in my case 1, 2, 3, or 4 capsules per day had no recognisable effect. I need the whole six - so its an expensive exercise, but of course to get relief from the kind of chronic symptoms I'm describing you'll pretty much sell a family member. So I don't mean to declare this a cure for IBS - there is no such thing because so many different conditions are all rolled into one under that phrase which is basically code for 'your doctor doesn't know what to do with you' - but if your symptoms sound anything like mine - then DO TRY THIS. Oh and in my case - the effects (once I went up to full dose) were almost immediate - the downside is if you STOP taking it the effects are pretty immediate too!

Used them before and during holiday to Egypt. Worked perfectly, no Egyptian belly and no side effects from the probiotics. Will be using these as my travel probiotics from now on

So, I've been using this for 4 days now, I am currently consuming 4 capsules a day, 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. So far what I've noticed is that I definitely pass the gas less frequently, same with burps. But what I mostly wanted from this product was improved brain fog which I would say that it works, first few days I didn't notice anything but I kept in mind that I need to use this 4 a day for at least 2 weeks, and the way that I have spotted that it does work is by after eating seeing if I want to sleep and generally become sluggish, which after day 3 I haven't felt any sluggishness at all and I feel normal after eating. Also, to people who said they have constipation you simply might not be having enough water, this is just my experience but I can eat pretty low fibre but as long as I have my water intake right, which is around 2.5L per day I seem to go everyday to the toilet, it definitely is not the big soft poop that internet says you need to have, but I go everyday regardless. Well, I am only at my day 4 and as far as I know it works well for me.
