He’s were such a fun and expensive little thing I purchased them for all of my nieces, and one of the girls at work daughter they all loved them.

Product works well for what it is. Caution, as can damage hair.

These are so much fun to use. I gave my grandkids these to use. No mess and with it being in a comb they could add color to where every they wanted on there hair. Of course the lighter the hair the more the colors pop but does work on med brown hair.

I tried every Hair Chalk color on a dry human hair wig. Some of the colors washed out with plain water but not all of it. I washed it with clarifying shampoo too and it got most of the Hair Chalk out.I had run each chalk comb through separate pieces of hair at least three times. I can still see blue, purple, and orange that did not all wash out, it shows up more in person than in the photographs. The comb’s color parts are not like chalk, they are more like a cross between lipstick and a crayon. They make the hair very stiff when colored.To be fair, for the wig to be this blond evenly colored had to have gone through a lot of bleaching/processing which probably makes it absorb the color more. I am not going to use on my hair, do not want to risk it not washing out. But, it will be fun to use on the wig again.

These are so much fun and they're not just for kids, adults (like ME!) can use them too. I got these for the teen's sleepover. They all sat around in the living room and crayoned each other's hair. It was a nice bonding activity. It will rub off on hands, clothing, furniture, and pillowcases but it's fairly easy to clean up. I put an old sheet on the couch and gave the kids cheapie pillowcases if they wanted to leave it in overnight.The color takes better and looks brighter on lighter hair. Some of the colors don't show up at all in darker hair even with repeated passes. The consistency of the product is more like a waxy crayon than a chalk and it leaves a waxy residue in the hair which washes out easily with standard shampoo. I wouldn't suggest using this stuff every day because I feel like it could become damaging but for special occasions why not have some hair coloring fun?These are a great party activity and would go perfectly with something like face painting.

Obviously, this is hair chalk for kids and not a professional hair dye. But for the price and it being for kids, it's actually really good! The colors are vibrant (depending on your natural hair color) and it washes out pretty easily. It does leave your hair feeling a little hard where you apply it, but like I said, it's great for a fun weekend and it's not meant to be long lasting. For that reason, I think it's a great product and we've had a blast with it.

I initially loved this hair chalk. I thought it would be great for the younger girls in my home to add some temporary color to their hair. It was fun for my 4 year old and her 11 year old sister to simply brush the color into their hair and everyone elses hair that would agree to let them "dye" their hair...until I washed my 4-year-old's light blonde hair several hours later and it is still pink after 3 washes! It could still have traces of color in my stepdaughter's hair too, but its not noticeable since her hair is dark blonde. Just beware that this does not wash completely out. Luckily my daughter doesn't completely hate the pink tint to her hair, but she refuses to use any more of the chalk in her hair.

I’ve used enough hair chalk that I know how it works out on my multiple daughters different hair colors. Yes it was more visible on the lighter hair shades and fairly visible on the darker hair shades (which I anticipated). It does work as described but seriously the amount of times I had to brush through for it to show made my arms tired. It took at least 20 brushes per section but we all could see it. Hair chalk is non toxic so it is considered pet safe, I did try it on my two white dogs also but their hair was too short (a Maltese/shih tzu in a puppy cut length & a long hair chihuahua) I was able to use it on the very tips while holding their hair but it didn’t apply well, very spaced out and little color had applied. Definitely looked better on my daughters though it’s a lot of work. So the longer the hair the better & the lighter the hair color the brighter the colors show

I bought this to try on my dogs for fall pictures. It’s non-toxic and easy to use. I looked into it before doing it. All you have to do is wet the hair and apply. It did stay in the hair for a bit even after washing it. Colour starts fading within a week if left on. Either way it was really fun to do and I got some great photos out of it.

Christmas gift for my 10 year old grand daughter who is a true little lady. I am sure she enjoyed coloring up her hair.
