Good fun
Bought 2 as presents they appear easy to use and were good value for money as they offer so many functions in the one box, the quality, noise level and effects are all good providing opportunities to experiment and great functionality too

Awesome little amp, well impressed with it.
*Amp review,I got this amp as my live amp was just too big, heavy and not ideal for my houe rehersals. This is a very good amp without a doubt. The range in tone isn't that massive but still enough to notice the difference. The bass tone is awesome. But, then you crank up the overdrive and boy oh boy this this little amp rocks.I will be using a cleaning sound and I'm impressed. But if you want a sound with the drive, theirs plenty on this.Highly recommended. It's also loud as well and nice a tidy to look at also.* Delivery experience.Delivery was rubbish, delivered to wrong address and found round a neighbours house amongst a pile of rubbish. It was also raining, item is in a cardboard box which was not sealed. The delivery driver didn't even put a note through my door saying it was somewhere. A neighbour told me. If he hadn't told me the item would be outside overnight in the rain.Amazon delivery is the shambles and they should be fully ashamed of their courier service where drivers just throw your item on the floor, leave them in random places and have no respect for items or property. They should be discussed.

Nice Amp at a nice price
Amp arrived promptly, well packaged and without any damage. As I have only just got it, I have not yet played this amp in anger, but have set it up and played through it at home and have to say I am initially impressed.First impressions are how light it is - my previous amp was so large and heavy it was like carrying a filing cabinet around, so this baby feels like a handbag! and at first you question is this ever going to give out any volume at all? It is surprisingly loud, and although I have not yet played it with the other musicians I practice with, I think it will hold its own in a small hall or similar venue. Not sure that it will cope with a larger venue, but it does have a headphone socket which doubles as a line out if you have a PA system, though that will mute the speakers.I am a guitarist rather than bassist, and lead worship in a church setting, so I have this kit just in case we get a glut of guitarists and I need to swap to bass, I have a Squier Jazzmaster with flatwound strings, and the sound from the amp is quite "punchy", it lacks some of the lower resonant frequencies, but what else do you expect from a 5" Speaker (or from my bass for that matter!)?As expected with a VOX, the finish and feel of the amp gives it a classic quality feel.I suspect if I have to play a larger church venue I will need to buy something more powerful, but for lighter acoustic sets and practicing, this amp looks like it will be the "bee's knees"

Loud enough and good sound
I was under no illusions a 10W bass amp is just for home practice, but was still worried it would be woefully under-powered. I was very pleasantly surprised when plugged in. Sure, you're not going to gig with it, but to use alone or even along with another electric guitar at reasonable volume, it more than holds its own. Flexible tone controls - no they're not powerful, but you can put finishing touches on the tone you already should have in your bass nicely enough. Having Drive is a nice feature to add some grit if used sparingly, although much past 3 might be less useful for some. But the channel on clean is its strength. Overall, it just sounds very good, very transparent, is clearly well built (it's a Vox), and it looks like a Vox, i.e. cool. It's solid but light too. An amp should make you smile when you plug it in for the first time and this passed the test easily. For the price, I don't see anything that comes even close.

Packs a punch.
Having bought a cheaper budget bass amp. which buzzed and hummed constantly. I decided to go with a trusted name like Vox. Sound quality is excellent for practicing at home. Two five inch speakers in the cabinet. Highly recommended.

Great vox bass tone
I decided to buy the Bass Pathfinder as I already own the guitar one and think it's such a great little solid state amp.The bass one doesn't disappoint either. Packs a louder punch than expected for this size of amp. Tone controls, gain and volume with a bright button to get things a bit more dynamic as I'd say that it's not the most versatile bass amp you'll own.Personally, I bought this amp to use with my Epiphone Viola bass which I think compliments it perfectly since it has a very vintage tone to it. If you're looking for a more "modern" sounding bass amp, I'd stay away from the Pathfinder and look for an Ampeg for example. It's super portable, lightweight, easy to store it away if you need the space. Overall very pleased with this amp.
