Use after swimming. My hair feels and smells lovely

It cleanse the hair, leaves them feeling fresh and energized. This shampoo removes the chlorine and swimming pool smell well. It is slightly pricey, and it does seem to dry hair out a bit but overall it is good shampoo

The pump is difficult to manage in the bottle. Shampoo very viscous so dividing and diluting with some warm water makes the pump more manageable.

I’m a regular swimmer, with thick (coloured) shoulder length hair. I have used several different ‘swim’ shampoos and conditioners over the years, and tried this one out after my swim this morning.At 280ml, this bottle is at the upper limit of a size to carry in your sports bag wash kit. The pack includes a pump action top which can be attached or left off depending on your preference. I’d intended to use the bottle without the pump top, as the screw lid would be more secure in my wash bag, however on testing it out, as the liquid inside is so thick and the bottle is quite rigid, it’s very difficult to squeeze/shake it out. I’ll probably have to pump the shampoo out into squeezable reusable travel bottles.The shampoo is a thick clear colour and has a mild and subtle ‘fruity’ smell to it, quite unique and not very strong.It lathers up ok, but didn’t leave my hair feeling particularly soft and smooth (at least no more than a regular shampoo). Unlike my previous swim shampoo, I could still smell the chlorine after washing it (and it’s not even a highly chlorinated pool as they use UV)It’s VERY expensive for the size of the bottle and, disappointingly, I didn’t feel that it lived up to its claims or my expectations!

This shampoo is easy to use and leaves my hair feeling clean and fresh. It has a light,citrusy fragrance. It is suitable for use after pool or open water/sea swimming but, of course, you do need to be able to rinse hair before and after use. The small white print on the aqua bottle makes reading the instructions and ingredients, etc. rather difficult. The pump top arrives ready to be added once the screw top is removed, this meant the packaging was efficient and not wasteful. The bottle is recyclable, not sure about the pump top as it doesn’t mention that. The shampoo is ‘reef safe’ so I assume this means it does not damage coral, sea life, etc. once rinsed into waterways, which is good. I like this shampoo and it is fine for my fly-away, very fine, fragile hair but as with most shampoos, I find it best to condition my hair after using it.

I swim each week and I really hate what it does to my hair.I get out of the pool and my hair which is long and fine, feels like a birds nest.It’s a complete nightmare to try to comb through and I don’t even attempt it until I’ve got some conditioner on it.If I did I’d loose a load of hair for sure and I’d be a hot mess at the end of it.Im currently using the conditioner from this range as well.So, once I’ve rinsed out the the bit of conditioner I’ve used to be able to comb it through I use this shampoo and then condition it properly.The shampoo does a good job in getting rid of the chemicals and chlorine, it lathers well and has a subtle fragrance that reminds me of sherbet. It’s sweet and not my favourite but it’s nice enough.Once dry my hair is as I would wish for it to be. It’s silky, full and not dry, frizzy or fly away.If I didn’t use products like these ones It would be all these things.It’s a little early to tell if it’s an excellent product but it’s gone a long way in convincing me it’s got the potential to be.It’s perfect to take holidaying with you when you’re in and out of the water constantly.I really like how eco friendly it is, and it’s cruelty free which is important to me.I would definitely recommend it.It’s well made, with carefully sourced ingredients, and you don’t need a lot so it will last.I hope you find my review helpful.

I received the product well-packaged.It a pump action shampoo bottle and approximately 280ml.The shampoo has a thick consistency and a clear colour and has a mild fruity smell not over powering.I have used this shampoo several times since purchasing it, and I have to say, it really does a great job of refreshing my hair after swimming. It takes away the chlorine smell and leaves my hair feeling soft and clean. It also lathers well, so it's easy to use and rinse off.I also appreciate that this shampoo is paraben and gluten free, vegan, color safe, and Leaping Bunny Certified. It's nice to have a product that is made with natural ingredients and is cruelty free.Overall, I'm very pleased with this shampoo. It does a great job of freshening my hair after swimming.However, the price is a bit of expensive side.For 9oz it is quite high price.

J’ai fait de la natation quotidiennement pendant plusieurs semaines, et j’ai noté une chute de cheveux que je n’ai pas pu m’empêcher d’associer au chlore. J’ai acheté ce produit avec le pré traitement avant la piscine et je dois admettre que ma chute a cessé et mes cheveux sont revenus à la normale.

I apply this product to my hair along the hairline before putting on a silicone bathing suit swim cap. NO swim cap keeps all of the chlorinated water from reaching my hair, but this product has made a BIG difference by protecting my hair from harsh chemicals. I swim a mile in 50 minutes several times a week, and since I began using this product, I can see a significant difference in the dryness and frizziness of my hair. Glad that I found this product. Highly recommend it!

Das AquaGuard After-Swim Shampoo ist sehr effektiv nach dem Schwimmen und entfernt zuverlässig Chlor- und Salzrückstände sowie den typischen Poolgeruch. Es ist toll, dass es parabenfrei, vegan und farbsicher ist, und die Leaping Bunny Zertifizierung gibt ein gutes Gefühl. Allerdings trocknet das Shampoo mein Haar stark aus, sodass eine anschließende Verwendung von Conditioner unbedingt notwendig ist. Insgesamt bin ich zufrieden und gebe 4 Sterne.

Für Schwimmer ist das AquaGuard After-Swim Shampoo eine absolute Bereicherung dar!Es reinigt effektiv Chlor und Salz aus den Haaren, ohne dass sie austrocknen, der Geruch ist sehr angenehm. Die Handhabung ist kinderleicht, und schon eine kleine Menge genügen, um das Haar gründlich zu reinigen. Ein top Produkt, das man Schwimmer empfehlen kann.

Smells is not bad, I can't tell if it's working to be honest....the pump is not very good tho, have to keep pumping to get shampoo out...wish they came in bigger bottles so I don5 have to buy 2...less waste.
