So glad to find this product on Amazon. I bought it years ago from a physician and have been hunting for it every since that physician died and the practice closed. L-aspartate is the only magnesium that I can take that doesn't give me stomach distress and diarrhea. I sleep so much better on the nights that I take it - I now only take it every other night since my last blood work showed an elevated magnesium level.
