Gentle on the tummy
SIS gels are a bit thicker than some others, but I really like this flavour, the tropical flavour perks me up. There can be a bit fiddly to open, particularly if you've got sweaty hands, but with a bit of practice, they are absolutely fine. They work really well for me

Really good energy gel
Only recently started using energy gels for my longer runs as wasn't sure on their benefits for me. Safe to say these work really well. Not overly sweet, don't cause me stomach cramps and have helped me run longer and recover quicker. I'm sold 👍
