Let's start with...
Let's start with......the order. The product page, and the queue where I ordered these from describes this offering as 2 bottles.I received ONE bottle. The one bottle is neatly packaged in a plastic 100% biodegradable bag.Inside the bag, I received one bottle of product sealed with a normal, flat cap.The bottle is extremely hard plastic, so while I wanted to quickly squeeze product from this bottle into a travel sized silicone bottle to bring to my swim workout, it was a bit of a struggle; I had to use both hands to squeeze the bottle, which could double as a grip strengthener. For me, the size of this bottle is pushing it just a bit to bring to the gym with all the other stuff I bring. Two styles of pump tops are included; one, more targeted to take with you (to the pool of course, if you're okay with the size of the bottle) with a clear cover cap, and the other more of a, at home, style pump top.The size of the bag could look like there are two bottles in it, which may be the reason for the shorted order; confusion on the part of the person picking the order from the shelf.Even so, it is the responsibility of the seller, offering two bottles, to package them so that you and I receive our order of two bottles without having to double back and contact Amazon customer service to fix a problem like this.Typically multiples like this are over-wrapped in clear plastic, or come in a box, with words on the outer packaging like: "DO NOT SEPARATE".I would suggest this vendor do something like that.I'm pretty sure most people will not be pleased paying $24.99 for one 9.5 ounce bottle, having been told they would receive two.On to the product...This is a thick, white almost pearlescent looking product. When I put my nose up to the neck of the bottle, it has an almost baby powder-ish scent; not a favorite of mine. The intensity of scent sticking my nose right up to the bottle is about a 4 on a 10 scale. When I actually put it in my hair it has an almost grapefruit scent to it.Love that; way better than baby powder; the intensity of scent was again, about a 4 on a 10 scale.I used maybe a two pea sized amount in my hair. The directions mention "lathering" up; this, like most conditioners I use, did not lather. It felt good, like a good conditioner.I let my hair air dry. After it was dry, it felt the way I want my hair to feel; silky and full...NOT like straw after being in chlorine.Nice product.I hope this review has enabled you to make an informed purchase decision.I rarely give an overall 5 star rating.

No fragrance, works well right after swimming
I got this conditioner for my daughters after swimming. Sometimes they don't take a shower right after swimming so I got this to put their hair to be able to brush it out and condition it until they finally get in the shower. The bottle I received doesn't have much of a fragrance. I wish it had a good scent. It's really thick, I couldn't use the spray or the pump, I just shook some into my hand and spread it into their hair, then brushed their hair. It was easy to brush through their hair (fine, long hair, usually tangles easy).I found this to be very helped to put into our hair after swimming and will keep on using. I am going to try putting some of the conditioner in a smaller spray bottle with some water to make it a spray in conditioner.Overall, I like this conditioner, but I believe it's a bit overpriced.Review for AquaGuard After-Swim Everyday Conditioner - Made for Swimmers - Paraben and Gluten Free, Vegan, Color Safe, Leaping Bunny Certified (9.5 oz)

Ok
Helped detangle my daughters hair after swimming but I didn’t notice any big difference from any other conditioner. It wasn’t bad, but I guess I thought it would do more. Her hair is fine and gets very tangled so perhaps I have high expectations.

Nice!
My hair was staring to feel quite brittle after the summer in the pool. This helped make it feel more hydrated and smooth. I do not have blonde hair so not sure how it works to avoid green pool hair.Came with two different tops, the one in the picture and a pump top. I should have put on the pump as you don’t get much out with the other kind but I lost it already.

One Bottle of Shampoo/Removes Chlorine
First to clarify, the description says “number of items-2”. It does not say you get two bottles of conditioner like some people expected but I think it’s a misleading. What you get is the conditioner and an extra pump for the shampoo. If your a regular swimmer you need something to get the chlorine out of your hair. . Even my salt water pool has chlorine that causes my hair to dry out and turn colors. So far this conditioner seems to help. My hairdresser recommends putting conditioner on before you swim but I haven’t tried that yet.

Used on holiday after pool days... works well but very expensive
It is good... I was left with no horrible chlorine smell after using this on holiday each time I went in the pool. It is softening and the pump worked with no issue. It seems to be a nice formula and is cruelty free, which I love.It is expensive though! £22 currently, and I think this is far too pricey :(

It's ok
I used this combined with aqua guard shampoo, it made my hair squeaky clean, but conditioner didn't made much of a different. I have dyed hair so after swimming pool and shower felt that was not enough moisture in my hair, still felt bit dried out. On the other side it is clean formula that I value a lot.

Must use it after swimming.
I swim twice a week because of that my hair was getting dry and dull day by day. Even my hair started getting fall as well.Used this after-swim conditioner for two weeks and can already see the results. My hair is getting back to its original soft and fresh. It smells a bit different but nice. The medium thick cream texture conditioner is easy to apply on hair.If anyone is concerned about their hair health because of swimming this is the conditioner for your hair.Recommended

Lots of positives
Let's start with the one negative, the attached pump does not work. No matter which way I turn it and it simply does not pump the product out of the bottle. The conditioner is thick and squeezing it out of the bottle requires a bit of welly, which I simply don't have. This means I ended up wasting loads on the first wash with this product. So have now decanted this into a wide necked silicone travel bottle, more of a practical size for taking to the pool. Now to the actual conditioner, I actually like it, rather like my micellular clarifying shampoo, but better still. This does not leave an oily film, probably the silicone in most conditioners all over your body, it actually leaves no film on your hair or your body. Does it remove the Chlorine smell from yourhair? Yes, almost 95%, of the chlorine smell was gone, husband did the sniff test literally nose touching my head. Do I actually like it? Answer yes, I do think most conditioners just coat your hair in silicone and end up making your hair greasy. This does not is more of a clarifying conditioner. Took less time to shower at the pool and therefore by definition will take you less time to shower at home. My hair does not feel dry, just clean and smooth, without feeling weighty. My only really bug bear is the cost, OMG, it is expensive. If it were cheaper would definitely buy it again. If you have the budget to run to it and only swim occasionally then buy it and keep it just for swimming, but for me, swimming five times a week, using this every time would mean a sizeable layout.Very happy to recommend, but think of the cost!

Works well. Eco friendly.
I swim each week and I hate what it does to my hair.I get out of the pool and my hair which is long and fine, feels like a birds nest. It’s a nightmare to try to comb through and I don’t attempt it until I’ve got some conditioner on it. If I did I’d loose a load for sure and I’d be a hot mess at the end of it.This conditioner works well. It smells sweet a bit like sherbet with a citrus scent. Not my favourite but not awful.I’m using this with the same brand of shampoo so I use that once I’ve rinsed out the the bit of conditioner I’ve used to comb it I shampoo and then condition properly. My hair is as I would wish for it to be. It’s silky, full and not dry, frizzy or fly away.If I didn’t use conditioner It would be all these things. It’s a little early to tell if it’s an excellent product but it’s gone a long way in convincing me it’s got the potential to be.I really like how eco friendly it is, and it’s cruelty free which is important to me.I would definitely recommend it.It’s well made, with carefully sourced ingredients, and you don’t need a lot so it will last.I hope you find my review helpful.
