Very easy to assemble
Ordered the larger size and it was all the correct height. Very easy to assemble. There was one winged screw that seemed painted over so it was very hard to unscrew by hand, but once I got it twisted with a plier it was fine. And there was one end that was a tiny bit bent and wouldn’t slide in to connect, but a little bit of tinkering was all it needed. Overall, good quality and easy to use!

Handy and Good product
For the price, I wish the material would be more sturdy, and some parts were falling apart, but I made it work as I had no choice and opened the package the day I needed it, which was yesterday.

Defective product, terrible customer service.
I left multiple reviews regarding the defective item I received and I have not received any response yet. The item came with only 2 of the three stands able to be assembled. Tried to return them at Amazon and also at the USPS as instructed in my return label, they wouldn’t accept it. I demand a refund or an exchange of the product. At this point this is ridiculous.

They look good and do the job!
They are in pieces and when put together they don’t look straight as shown in the picture. But when they are decorated they don’t show it. They need adjustment. Some of the screws are stuck like welding. I had to cut the paint and separate the screw to be able to unscrew it. Overall they do the work and worth the money.

Not huge cute size for a simple backdrop
Very nice product with a great price the only thing is I had to return it because one of the nails where you connect one of the arches was broken. I could’ve still used it but I decided to return
