Q: I plan to run this cable underground between 2 buildings approx 80 ft apart. Will I need to run it through a conduit? or just bury the cable as-is.

You can bury it. Even if you use POE there is no restrictions on how far it is buried (Ohio).

Q: Item b08fy4yq27 - description states 26awg, but picture shows 23awg for 660ft spool cat7, which is it? solid or stranded?

Q: can someone tell me the experience using this product?, Is this a high quality product?

I posted a review, messaged the seller. The cable quality was fine. But I received a 500ft spool. Not 660ft. The reason I went with this one was I needed to make 3 200ft runs in an underground conduit. And yes my pull was exactly 200 ft, while leaving a little extra on the ends to finish. The only complaint about cable quality I have is all the secondary pairs were white, not striped. Required a little extra care to wire. Don’t use cat5e connectors. Make sure you use cat 6a or 7 for shielded.
