Q: Is there a splash guard that has an opening for an under sink soap dispenser?

Not that I’m aware of but I wasn’t looking for that as my sink doesn’t have one

Q: I have additional holes that need to be cut into the silicone for separate handle and soap dispensers. How should I do this?

The silicone is very easy to cut with scissors and easy to work with. I would cut a slit from the back, cut out additional circles and slip around dispensers just as the cut for the main faucet is. My sink curves so I cut to fit. Very easy. Hope this helps
