In reading other reviews, many thought these had an overpowering scent but I don't think so at all. Maybe right out of the package the do for some, but as soon as you put them in closets, they absorb odors more than they throw any kind of scent out. I am happy with these and use them in all of my closets now to mitigate any mustiness. Definite improvement!

This product is a game changer. If you have clothes/a closet that sometimes smell musty because a family member likes to stuff too much into the dryer at once (not naming names in my house), you will love this. I was disappointed in this product. The smell was weak and didn’t seem to help my closet to smell better. And isn’t that why we buy these kinds of products? To achieve a fresh order wherever we put them. I won’t purchase again!

A mouse quietly died in my office and stunk the place up badly. It was disgusting walking in a Monday morning to the stench. My wife couldn’t stand being in there at all. She had ordered these to use in our Toyhauler camper in the stored towels and linens, but broke into the three packages she bought, and though they are small she hung them around in the my office that’s about 560 square feet. It’s a lot of open space and these are really little - so little you would think they are just for a drawer or cupboard. It took about three days of leaving the office closed up and these little odor eliminators did the job, and they still smelled good and continued to work for another six weeks. I am impressed! Wish I could order some of these only substantially larger - like the size of a masonry brick.
