This Tropical Twist flavor isn't quite as good as the Raspberry Rush, and has a slight chemically (or I guess, just a fake/candy pineapple/banana/mango) taste, but they're still much more enjoyable than a similar flavored and far more expensive energy DRINK.Although it doesn't actually say, considering it's a "mint" it has no real calorie content to speak of, and is made without sugar (sweetened with sucralose).There's a mint flavor too, and I would definitely order these again!👍

First, I tried reaching the seller but could not find the "ask a question" button on their store page as instructed by Amazon. There is also no contact information on their "about us" page. Second, these are awful. The description says they are mints. There is no mint flavor and the tropical flavor is so slight you can barely taste it. It tastes like chemicals. The description says they are supposed to be chewable. These are so rock hard that if I tried to chew them I would crack my teeth. If I could, I would absolutely return these and I will not be buying more. This product does not deserved any stars but I had to give it a one to post this.

They are quite minty, which fully covers any bitter flavor from the caffeine unlike a product I tried previously.!I am quite caffeine sensitive so I appreciate the fact that each one is only 20mg. They melt fairly quickly in your mouth. I had the full package in my backpack for a while and they developed a good bit of mint dust after all the jostling so now I only carry a few at a time.Very pleased with this product.

Well like with the one on TickTock I take 4 instead of 3 don’t expect it to make you zoom around but it helps . A friend said it made her feel active . I’m also recovering from major surgery.

Really enjoyed the first batch I order and liked that they were low dose. They went out of stock for awhile and I purchased this batch the other day. It seems like they changed the recipe because the shape and texture is totally different. Also isn't nearly as flavorful. Probably won't buy again.

Listen to the comments from the people talking about the 'New' formula, I wish I did. My first pack was from a friend and they were flavorful, soft, and effective, these new ones however are shaped like little hockey pucks and are just as hard! They are hard as a rock, there is no flavor, and they have no caffeine in them. Look elsewhere.

I love the Gym Gum products. I thought I would give the mints a try for those moments chewing gum wouldn't be appropriate (work meetings etc). I like the raspberry flavor. The flavor isn't super strong but the effects of this little mint is effective, noticeable energy and focus. Great product.

They used to be good energy candy for when I needed a boost but didn’t have the time or inclination for a cup of coffee. They used to be tasty and dissolve kind of like Smarties. Now they are super hard, tasteless, and I can’t feel any difference. I honestly thought I was biting plastic for a second.
