Well, what a surprise! My love of cooking/baking started when I was just 7 years of age. I have been cooking for 60 years and am still always looking for new and inventive recipes that most people will love. For the past 10 years I have been catering for the general public on courses. Sadly, I am so used to ordering what appears to be a fabulous cook book only to be disappointed and usually send it back. This one, however, exceeds my expectations in every way. The recipes are easy, imaginative, colourful, appetizing and have ingredients that you can actually buy in a supermarket! The author really knows what a cook needs and wants and has put so much work and effort into this book. I was also surprised by the size of it, the thickness, quality and glossy pages absolutely bursting with lovely photographs of what the food will look like when completed. There has really been no penny pinching with the production of this book and it would make a fabulous gift for any cook. Just buy it and see for yourself but be warned - you will not be sending it back!!

A great cook book with clear instructions and beautiful photos! Defiantly worth the £9.99 it cost. Would highly recommend.

had a lot of stuff

This book has everything that I wanted. I am in culinary school and this helps out tremendously with cooking lab and practicals were we are graded on presentation, taste, ect... It will carry into my career as well.

MY FAVORITE BOOK! GET IT! Give it as a gift! Great shiny pages, color photos, step by step, amazingly good recipes, and easy!
