Korky 6094BP StrongARM Tank Lever, Universal to Fit Front Angled Side Left and Right Mount Toilets, Brushed Gold, Simple Style

I did not think I could be impressed by a toilet tank lever, but this one is great! I bought a right handle toilet by mistake and needed to change the trip lever to flat black. I bought, struggled with and returned 3 trip levers before I got this prize. It's very easy to install and adjust. Most times, universal designs are never as good as specific designs. I think this universal design is absolutely the best. Thank you Korky for making me smile today.

I've been a big Korky fan ever since I was able to replace a small, $5 cap on my Korky toilet fill valve myself instead of having to buy and install the whole thing (which I think might have been too much for me to do myself).I think that this Korky replacement handle is a much better quality than ones that I've bought before (I probably got really cheap ones, which explains why the plastic arm eventually just broke off). Because this Korky product is so well made and so versatile, it's more complicated than the cheap ones I bought before. I went to the Korky website and found their video on how to install this and was playing it on my tablet while I was going through the steps.I think I did everything right, although for things that have two different sides, like the mounting nut, I have no idea whether I have the right side facing the tank. Luckily, the toilet I was working on is one that doesn't have the tank right under a counter (as my other toilets do), so I can look straight down into the tank and see what I'm doing.The hardest part for me was dealing with the hook, which is heavy-duty and strong. First, I couldn't get it off of the locking clip. I went and got some long-nosed pliers and was finally able to get the hook off, although it went flying off with some force. Luckily, this was on my bathroom counter, so I was eventually able to find it, but I was thinking that I might have to fashion something out of a paper clip or use the old hook. I managed to get the hook on the chain OK, but when I tried to get it through a hole on the lever, I couldn't do it. I finally had to take the lever arm off of the elbow so that its movement wasn't restricted while I worked with it (and I had to employ the pliers again). I finally got the hook through the hole, reattached the lever, and put the red locking clip back. The old hook was still attached to the middle of the chain, which I guess worked with the old lever, so I just left it there.I tried one flush, and it worked well: the flapper stayed up long enough for a good flush, and when it came down, it formed a good seal. The handle feels better than the two other old ones I have, but I'll wait till those break to replace them--with another Korky like this one. I love Korky!

The media could not be loaded.  Before Korky, I bought a toilet flush lever replacement from another brand, which is a normal kit with a long metal bar. It actually works, but the range of motion is so little that I have to hold the flusher for a few seconds, which I think is wasting my time. It took me 2 hours to try to find a way so I can just flush once and I don't need to hold it for so long. Well, no luck. Every time I need to adjust the water bar, I have to unscrew and bend the metal bar and put it back on. Then I saw Korky, which looks like it fits my needs perfectly. When I got it today, I have to say it's worth every penny. Not only because it feels high quality, but the setup is super easy, and it only took me a few minutes, including testing. For anyone who's looking for a toilet tank flush lever replacement, I highly recommend KORKY. It will fit your toilet due to its flexible adjustment, and you can just put it on first, then adjust the angle.

The brushed gold looks elegant in person. I also bought the black handle for our guest bath. These handles are sturdy, easy to install and classy-looking.

Perfect fit for our Kohler toilet. Seconds to install. Has substance and a quality feel.

This looks fabulous in my white w/black trim, and blue bathroom. But, be prepared that you may have to trim down the flush arm on the kit if you have certain Kohler toilets, or you'll have an arm that will scrape and even get stuck against the inside of the tank, causing your toilet to not function properly.

The female tenant can follow the instruction to install the lever properly. Now it is heavy duty metal lever for rental property.
