I’ve been using this oil for several years. It originally was recommended at a local heath store. I’ve used it for arthritis, after strenuous yard work, after bending and stretching while using a scooter for non-weight bearing. I was actually expecting a spicier kind of a cream being that it has Kasper come in it, so if you’re looking for some thing that is going to be deep, penetrating hot rub, this is not for you. I haven’t decided what it’s actually good for yet, of course it’s great that it’s all natural but it’s not practical. When I opened up the jar it just spilled all over the place and I lost half of it and it has very little scent so it doesn’t smell Strong at all. :/
