Simple to use piece of fitness kit. So many uses to build tone. Sturdy and easy to use .

Arrived quickly and in good condition. Works well although I find it a little difficult to get in the right position sometimes.

Great addition to the at-home workout kit. Lightweight, easy to use - just like in a Pilates class - and this is a great price too.

Works well

This was bought for my husband and hasn't seen much use as yet, but is identical to the one I've been using for years. The size is perfect so it is an adaptable piece of kit for different exercises and the pads are good. If it proves as reliable and robust as my one (and only time will tell) then I will be pleased. The price was good and there was a good range of colours.

I ordered the small ring , it was good quality but I could not use it in between the thighs . It was uncomfortable and could not angle the plastic bits correctly and it would have bruised my legs. Would of been ok for just squeezing in hands but did not do the full body for me
