This is such a cute turtle! Final product comes out looking just like the picture.Only downside is packaging. As a gift packaging presentation is horrific.I screenshot one of the Amazin pictures and glued it on the top of the box so receiver wouldn't unrap just a brown box.That did the trick.Other than poor presentation due to packaging, item is amazing and makes for a great gift!

Kinda hard tho

The predrilled holes are great. It was simple to hammer them in and they cannot go in too far, Images are cute! But the string that comes with it is very thin and slippery. It unraveled dozens of times and was frustrating. I’ve taken string art classes at places that use a much thicker string or twine. I will probably purchase again another image, but will definitely purchase my own string to complete the project next time.

Materials were actually very good... string is slippery so you have to keep some pressure on it... but instructions were not very good... I kinda just guessed where strings went ... didn't come out exactly like picture... but good anyway

Shapes are not diagrammed or numbered in any way, so you pretty much have to guess how to make the correct shapes. I would not waste your money, unless you are the artsy type who can wing it and make it look right which I could not.

This is a perfect gift for one who loves crafts. It was very helpful to not just have words, but also pictures for the instructions. Will likely be buying more for others.

I got this String Art Kit to do with my Disabled Son because he loves turtles and I thought it would make a great project for us to do together. Some of it is a little advanced for him, like putting the nails in, but I'm hoping with a little help from me he can try to put a few in. Comes with everything you need to make it. The little instructions that comes with it, isn't the best, wish they were better. But hopefully by looking at the picture we will be able to get it done decently. Just waiting for him to feel a little better and will be doing this.Will try and do an updated review when we get it done to let you know how it goes.
